Barton Gilley vs U.S.A.A.

Attorney Gregory Kent Moroux, Jr. for U.S.A.A. Insurance filed a Daubert. Challenge motion in the 19th JDC in Judge Janice Clark’s court. Judge Clark’s ruling was that Medines is qualified to testify as an expert witness in her court. She ruled against U.S.A.A.
Gregory Kent Moreaux Jr. is an attorney with the firm of Kinchen, Walker, Bienvenu, Bargas Reed & Helm, LLC. Plaintiffs’ attorney is Ben Lowe of Spencer Calahan Law Firm.
